Overview

The Ecology Center at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette supports "research, education, and community activities in ecology and environmental biology." The center is located on the northern side of Lafayette, Louisiana.

Facilities at the Ecology Center include a building with office, laboratory, and classroom space, along with a workshop, showers, kitchen, and dormitory. The Ecology Center also has greenhouses, irrigated fields, vehicles, boats, and other research equipment.
